No. Most of our recurring customers are at work or out running errands. You can leave a key, a lockbox code or building instructions in your booking notes, and we'll follow them exactly. If you'd rather be home for the first visit so you can walk us through the space, that's completely fine too.
Two to five business days covers most requests. Move-out and post-construction cleaning are usually booked a week ahead because they take longer and need a larger crew. If you need something sooner, message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly what's still open.
Yes, and we try to keep it that way for every recurring plan. Consistency means less explaining for you and fewer missed details for us. If your regular cleaner is away, we send someone who has already read your home's checklist and notes.
Message us on WhatsApp, send an email or call the office. Recurring customers can swap a date at no cost as long as we hear from you before the day of service.
We price based on the size and condition of the space, the type of cleaning and how often you'd like us to come. Recurring plans cost less per visit than one-time cleaning. You'll get a written estimate before anything is booked — no surprise charges added afterwards.
