Construction dust is not ordinary dust. It's fine, it's abrasive, and it settles again hours after the first pass. Post-construction cleaning is a multi-pass job with HEPA vacuums and careful sequencing — top to bottom, dry to wet — so a renovated space is genuinely ready for handover.

Post-construction cleaning is quoted per project in CAD, typically CAD $0.35 – $0.75 per square foot depending on dust level and finishes.
