Some buildings require it, most don't for cleaning visits. Once you tell us your building's rule, we handle the booking with the concierge from then on.
Yes, and most of our condo clients prefer it. Leave a key with the concierge or a lockbox code in your notes, and we follow the same access procedure every visit.
Yes — a minimum visit fee applies because travel and setup are the same regardless of suite size. It's included in the estimate we send before booking.
