All amounts are in Canadian dollars, with HST shown separately on every invoice. Payment is due after the visit, never before.
Interac e-Transfer
Our preferred method for households. Send to the address on your invoice; no fees on either side.
Credit card
Visa, Mastercard and Amex accepted through a secure payment link sent with your invoice.
Business invoicing
Commercial accounts are invoiced monthly on Net 15 or Net 30 terms with a PO reference.
Payment details
Use the secure link on your invoice, or ask your coordinator to resend it on WhatsApp. Never send payment details in a chat message.

You'll receive an invoice after the service or on your agreed billing cycle. Payment details are available on our Payment page. We never ask for card numbers, CVV codes or banking passwords through the website or WhatsApp.
For most residential bookings, no. Larger commercial and post-construction jobs may include a deposit, which is stated in the estimate before you approve it.
