What residential cleaning looks like with AF Cleaning
Most households don't need a cleaning company every week — they need the same rooms cleaned properly, on a schedule that survives hockey practice, shift work and Ontario winters. Our residential cleaning follows a written checklist for every room, so the kitchen and bathrooms get the same attention on visit twelve as they did on visit one.
Same cleaner where possible
Recurring households keep the same cleaner, so nobody has to re-explain the guest bathroom or which floors dislike water.
Winter-ready entryways
Between November and April we treat salt stains, slush marks and boot trays as part of the standard visit, not an add-on.
A checklist you can edit
Tell us to skip a room, rotate the basement monthly or always start with the kitchen. Your notes travel with the booking.

- Kitchen counters, sink, backsplash and appliance exteriors
- Stovetop degreased and dried
- Bathrooms scrubbed: tub, shower, toilet, vanity and mirrors
- Chrome fixtures polished spot-free
- Dusting from high to low in every room
- Beds made or linens changed on request
- Floors vacuumed and washed, including edges
- High-touch surfaces disinfected: switches, handles, railings
- Entryway, mats and boot trays cleaned
- Garbage and recycling emptied and re-lined
Not included
- Exterior windows above the ground floor
- Mould remediation or biohazard cleanup
- Moving furniture heavier than 20 kg
- Laundry beyond one load, unless booked as an add-on
Recurring homes start from CAD $139 per visit. The exact estimate depends on square footage, bathrooms and condition — we confirm it in writing before booking.

Two to five hours for most homes. A two-bedroom condo usually takes about two hours; a four-bedroom detached home with three bathrooms is closer to five. We quote a range rather than a hard time so nobody rushes the last room.
Yes, at no extra charge. If you prefer we use your products — common with stone counters, unsealed hardwood or scent sensitivities — leave them out and note it in your booking.
That's a common request for larger homes. Tell us which rooms to include and we price the visit accordingly instead of charging for the whole house.
