Turnover cleaning is a deadline business. Checkout at 11, check-in at 4, and a review waiting at the other end. We reset short-term rentals to a photo-matching standard, flag anything damaged or missing before the next guest finds it, and confirm each turnover on WhatsApp.

We reset each room to match your listing photos so the space looks like the listing guests booked.
Damage and supply reports
Missing towels, stains, broken items and low consumables are reported with photos the same day.

- Guest luggage storage or key handover to guests
- Purchasing consumables (we can use your stocked supplies)
- Repairs, assembly or maintenance work
- Deep cleaning between turnovers, unless scheduled
Turnover cleaning starts from CAD $109 per turnover for a one-bedroom unit, with laundry handled on site or off site.

Yes — that's the majority of our short-term rental work. Give us the checkout and check-in times and we build the schedule around them.
If there's in-suite laundry, we wash and reset on site. Otherwise we recommend keeping two or three linen sets so we can swap instantly and launder between visits.
We photograph it and send it to you on WhatsApp before the next guest arrives, so you have time to decide on a claim or a repair.
