Commercial contracts are quoted per site and billed monthly in CAD. Most small sites land between CAD $450 and CAD $2,400 per month depending on frequency and square footage.

Yes — the majority of our commercial work happens between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m., or before 7 a.m. We follow your alarm and lock-up procedure exactly as written in the site file.
Three months, which gives both sides time to settle the scope. After that, the agreement continues month to month with 30 days' notice.
Yes. We send a certificate of insurance and WSIB clearance before the first visit, and property managers can request them at any time.
