Information we collect
We collect only what we need to quote and deliver a cleaning service: your name, contact details, service address, access instructions and the notes you send us. Quote requests submitted through this website are sent directly to WhatsApp and are not stored in a website database.
How we use it
Your information is used to prepare estimates, schedule visits, communicate about appointments and issue invoices. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Retention and access
Booking records are retained for as long as we service your account plus seven years for tax purposes. Under PIPEDA you may request access to your information, ask for corrections, or request deletion where we are not legally required to keep it.
Security
Access instructions and key codes are stored with restricted access and shared only with the cleaner assigned to your visit. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
